Paul Quinn attended University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill from 1983-1987 before attending North Carolina Central University Law from 1987-1990. Paul Quinn began a private practice from 1990-1996. Mr. Quinn served as the Atlantic Beach Mayor from 1995-1996; North Carolina District Court Judge from 1996-2018 and North Carolina Superior Court Judge from 2018-2021. When Mr. Quinn is not practicing law he is enjoying his family as a father of three and Husband to Sharon Quinn. Mr. Quinn also enjoys surfing, spearing, hunting and competing in triathlons.
