Sharon is a Pamlico County native and first generation college graduate. In May of 2022, she graduated from UNC-Greensboro with her bachelors in Political Science, concentration in Pre-Law, and minor in African Diaspora Studies. While in college Sharon participated in numerous multi-cultural clubs on campus and was a treasurer as well as active officer. Sharon’s family has lived in Pamlico County for over 20 years, and she is the youngest of four siblings. Sharon aspires to attend law school and hopes to one day own her own firm. Currently, Sharon uses her bilingual skills serving as a paralegal in the New Bern office. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys spending time with her friends and family and is a proud cat and dog mom.
