Mr. Kellis focuses his practice on litigation. No matter too small, no matter too big. Mr. Kellis litigates traffic and DWI cases, criminal matters, employment, contractual disputes, injury claims, worker’s compensation, and handles estate administration. Formerly, he was certified with the NFLPA as an NFL agent where he negotiated contracts for NFL players and prospects. He is the former President of the Carteret County Republican Men’s club. He served as the Carteret County GOP general counsel and is currently the 3rd GOP District general counsel. A former member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and a current member of the National Trial Lawyers Association. Tommy is a former USCG licensed Captain (OUPV). In his free time he enjoys fishing, boating and all things involving being on the water. ​
